Oh man I'm so excited. We just got back from Kissa's parents' house for her birthday dinner. We had such a good time:) I love being able to hang out with her again, and just talk, and hang out with her fam. It doesn't feel weird at all... It feels like we've just slipped back into the way it used to be:) Except more grown up and allowed to do more things, lol.
Anyway, her parents invited Ryan adn I to go to Ocean Shores with all of them this weekend, it's going to be so great!!!! I'm so excited to get to see Kissa for the whole weekend, and chill with her family, and Ryan and her boyfriend. It will be fun:)
We actually didnt' have any plans this weekend, so we got lucky! I bet ya Ryan's stepmom's birthday is this weekend, but now we have plans so they can't get mad cause they never told us if they were going to do anything. Not that I want to miss anything they're going to do, but I'm way excited for this weekend with Kissa. And we'll be able to do something for Merlinda for her birthday if we miss it this weekend, we can go out to dinner or something. It will be ok.
The only thing that freaks me out a little bit is that I only get to work out tomorrow, and thursday probably. I might try and get one run in real quick Friday before we leave, we'll see. I'm just excited to have a fun weekend with my friend:) This will be great:)

So worn out. bleh. We had a lot to do today.
First of all.. Patti decided she wasn't going to be able to be on the phones today at work, which meant guess who got to cover for her! Me!!! yay!! no, fuck that shit!
i had to get the mail done and answer the phones, and sit at the front desk because my sup decided to tell us this morning that there were two meetings going on in about an hour. I didn't take a lunch because I had to leave early for the dentist.
Anyway, got new tires for my car, or Ryan did I should say, adn then we headed to the UW school of dentistry. In about 3 weeks I'm scheduled to get my wisdom teeth out. it's gonna suck. Blah. but oh well, get it done right?
Two days before that is Ryan and my's 3 year anniversary, i really need to work on my present for him. And then a week afterwards is the last Cauze show, have to go to that and get fucked up.
Tomorrow is Friday, work, work out, then Ryan and i are going to Zab for dinner adn to go see that new movie 'i love you man', i'm super excited for it all. Saturday morning Amanda and I are going to Sonia's bridal shower, then we're prob going to hang out with Kody adn alissa Sat night. sunday we have dinner planned at my parents, not looking forward to that, but i miss my little brothers.
Alright, well i'm pretty tired, so i'm gonna go so i can relax before bed. peace out. |

blah. stupid cold!!!!! Why do I always end up exposing myself to someone who has a cold! Now I have it. I'm trying to fight it though, I'm doing an ok job...
But it ruins our plans for this weekend:( We were going to go up to Vancouver for a night, oh well. Now instead we're going to try out a new restaurant hopefully and maybe see a movie. Tonight is my parent's house for Aaron's birthday dinner. Ack I really don't feel good. I still want to try and work out though, I'm dumb. But I know I'll try it anyway. I don't like skipping days.
I'm really hot, I shouldn't have put on this sweater.
Oh yeah, so I started reading the Twilight books on Monday... I'm almost done with the second book. Ha. Oh well.
Filed our tax returns today, I'm excited for that. Finally gonna have some money to put into savings.

I don't really like today... hasn't been too nice to me. Can't wait til I'm done with my workout and giving Ashes a bath. Need to work on my project, I think I'll dedicate at least 30 minutes to it tonight, then possibly rent a movie to watch with Ryan. Try out our new hot chocolate too. Guess we'll see. |

so my adorable little puppy decided yesterday that it was time for him to taste my phone. chewed it up real nice. argh. oh well, it gave me an excuse to get a blackberry. seriously the best phone I've ever had! I can't believe I never got one before, it's so cool!

survey in a sec. quick update about our new year's. we went up to snoqualmie pass, rode for a few hours, had some fun time in the hotel room, chilled with friends in rv's, then went and saw one of the best cauze shows i've seen, buzzed, drunk, everyone came back to party in our room. then we woke up this morning to a massive snow load, the lifts all closed and the highway home snowed in. woo.
anyway, no riding today, just got home a couple hours ago. cleaned the house a bit, still need to unpack though. i gotta get out tonight so i dunno what we're going to do. maybe just a starbucks run.

Ryan got his hairs cut last night, looks so good:) So we're taking our Christmas picture tonight, going to pick up all the pics tomorrow prob, but maybe tonight. Then gotta send them out tomorrow with the bills... and that's it! The only thing left to do is pack! I can't believe how bad we've been procrastinating!
At least I only have today and tomorrow at work, I found a radio at work though so I can listen to the shows I like to now:)
I know what I'm getting Ryan for his birthday:D I just have to wait til after it to get it...
I'm so excited for our vacation, and then for coming back and having lots of stuff to do for the next month. Life is good:) |

I think this situation is so funny, I'm glad I can just sit back and laugh at the stupidity.
Anyway, gotta take Ashes to the vet in a little bit for his last round of vaccinations, then getting some meds, stopping by my parents to see how the work is going on my stuff, and back home to work all day on stuff that needs to get done. Don't know what we'll do tonight, I was thinking Derek's house, that's always fun. We'll see.
Gotta get Ryan up so we can eat our chocolate from our advent calendar:) Oh yeah, gotta go to the bank too...
I've gotten so much stuff from work the last week, as in treats, lol, and presents and bonus moneys:D Ordered my contacts last night so that I don't all of a sudden don't have any extra while we're away.
And that's it for now, I gotta go wake up Ryan so we can shower and get stuff done. Peace. |

We put up our Christmas tree last night, it's so pretty! We got a fake one this year since getting a live one was pointless (it would die while we're on vacation). It's like 7', and surprisingly the puppies have not messed with it:)
Last night we hung out with Chuck and Steph for awhile, just getting excited for our trip, it was fun.
I'm so so glad Thanksgiving is done. Yeah, it was nice to be with family, but I'm glad the stress is gone from it. Now all I have to worry about is finishing the presents I'm making before we leave. I've decided that I'm not going to worry about anyone other than the kids... I just don't have the money to get anything for anyone else. They'll all get Christmas cards and maybe some baked goods, but everyone's broke so they should understand. Ryan adn I have specifically told people not to get us anything, seeing as we most likely won't be giving out gifts. We're not positive yet, but pretty sure we're not buying anything for anyone. Home made stuff is the way to go.
The day after tomorrow is our company Christmas party, I'm way excited, we don't have to work at all that day. Amanda and Nicole and I are going to carpool and dress fancy:D
This weekend we're going to do some organizing and start getting the house ready for our trip. This last weekend was fun. On Saturday we went over to Derek's at like 6:30 and stayed til 3 in the morning! Just chatting, telling stories, Kevin and Anna were there too, it was good times. Sunday we just hung out for most of the day and then did our Sunday dinner/Dexter.
It's getting so close, I'm so excited, and I'm so in love. I'm always in love, yeah, but it's just heightened:D
Ryan got up this morning with me so we could eat our candy from our advent calendar for December 2nd:D We're going to take it with us too so we can keep up with it.

change is good. sometimes. this change will be way good. can't wait for it.
less than three weeks til our getaway. it's getting harder every day to wait for it. but it will be so worth it. thanksgiving is just going to be stressful. too bad we can't skip it this year. I mean, I want to chill with family, it's just all the other stuff I guess.
Gotta really start getting my presents done, I want to try and have them done well before our trip, which means next week, lol. We need to get our tree so we can take our picture and get our cards printed out and send those out before we leave also.
I want to get my nice 35mm camera fixed too, not sure if i want to take it with on vacation or not... but at least i'd like to use it for the holidays.
anyway, almost time to go to work. bleh. at least it's only a three day work week. |

I'm sorry, but this movie is just awesome. Daniel Craig is a bad ass. I've never really liked Bond movies until the last one came out, so I had to see this one opening night. Definitely worth it:) Reminded me a lot of The Bourne Supremacy, just with all the amazing fighting scenes.
Anyway, got a show to go to tonight, but before that, gotta take Ashes to get his last set of puppy shots and his rabies shot. We're also going to schedule for him to get fixed. That won't be til after the holidays, but soon for sure. I love my puppies, they both get so jealous that last night I was lying on the floor and they were both practically on top of my head lol.
Ok well I gotta go get ready for the day. Also probably going to take them to the dog park:D |

I haven't updated this thing in soooo long. Probably because I usually only wanted to put bad stuff in here... stuff that aggravated me. But now I just want to write about how happy I am. I still have my down moments, but things are just... better? I don't think they ever got bad, I just started thinking about stuff differently.
Or it could be all the sex, lol. Ryan and I have been uh.. making up for some lost time or something, don't ask me, but it's been great. And yeah, I know, TMI! But oh well who cares, this is my journal and I can put whatever I want in it.
Seriously, let's see... at least once a night now... We had gotten into the habit of just having sex on the weekends... but somehow I made Ryan realize that it's something to be done when you get home from work! Lol. Makes the evening much more enjoyable. Not that we didn't use to do it that much, we used to go at it at least a couple times a day, but with work and everything we had gotten stuck in a rut. Now we're out of it:D
Work, let's see... well work is work. It's not horrible, it's just what it is. I'm going to be starting school FOR SURE within the next 12 months. I'm going to go to school to be a High school english/literature teacher. I don't care if anyone thinks that's dumb. For me it's a job I know I'll enjoy, and I'll be making a difference with young people. Plus, I'll have good vacation time, lol. I've already enrolled at EVCC I just have to wait til prob fall quarter next year. It'll be nice to finally start school.
Hmmm... Oh yeah, I dn't think I've ever really mentioned Ashes in here. He's our little 16 wk old puppy. Got him at about 7 wks. Him and Kobalt love each other sooo much! They're little disasters when they're together though, lol. Ashes is definitely a little mama's boy, but I made sure that I was the one to feed him adn train him so it was inevitable:D He's going in saturday to get his last round of puppy shots and his rabies shot, and we'll probably schedule him for getting fixed.
Let's see... My mom came and visited for a while last week. That was fun. We decorated the house for Christmas and had a special dinner with her since she won't be up here at that time.
Oh, and we're doing Thanksgiving for my family at our house this year, the day after Thanksgiving. I'm so excited. I think it will be a lot less stressful and just a fun day.
And then next month, exactly 30 days from today we'll be on a plane to HAWAII!!! WOOO!!! I'm so super excited! I can't wait to get away from here, to get away from the rain and cold, the drama, work. It will be soooo nice:D A bunch of our friends are going too. We're letting Cale bunk down in our hotel room, and then Chucky and Stephanie will be there with Chuck's son Charles. Let's see... Brett and Chuck's sister... Aaron... Lots of peeps. Can't wait!
Other than that.. yeah life is good. Just getting over a cold. Enjoying having friends that like the same stuff as us and enjoy just chatting to waste the time. Loving Ryan to death and being excited for our life together and our home. Cooking, cleaning, decorating. Just being happy. I really am. I have my bad days, yeah, but overall, I'm really lucky. I have the perfect guy for me, the cutest, best behaved pups, a cozy house the perfect size for our little family, and lots of goals to work towards. :D YAY for being happy!!!
I think for Christmas I might have Ryan just take me to get a tattoo:D Maybe we can get one together. Oh man, also wayyyy excited to go snowboarding, and for Pepper in January.
